We have consolidated our new student services into one convenient location to help parents and students with registration, change of address, records request, and transcript request. Please stop by our office to make an appointment at:

• Kindergarten registration dates

You must be the parent or legal guardian in order to register your child. Students enrolling in Kindergarten MUST be five (5) years old by September 1st.  There is no early entrance screening for students who do not meet the age requirements.   Children must be six years old prior to September 1st to enroll in first grade.
The following documents are required for registration and MUST be presented at the time of registration:

• Registered birth certificate (no copies)
• Acta de Nacimiento (original)§
• Immunization Record
• Vacunas al corriente
•  Picture ID of parent/guardian registering student
• Tarjeta de Identification
• Proof of residence in parent/guardian’s name (may include without limitation, landlord tenant agreement, proof of homeownership, rent receipts, and current utility bills)
• Pruebas de residencia a su nombre con la dirección.
• Withdrawal form, report card, or transcripts from previous school
• Transcripcion, boleta y – forma de retiro de la ultima escuela

Arizona law requires written proof of immunity against certain childhood diseases.  Registrations will not be accepted unless all immunizations have proper records.  Pursuant to A. R.S. §15-872 or is exempt pursuant to A.R.S.§15-873. Proof or immunization could include a doctor’s medical record or an immunization book immunization requirement. (Vacunas al corriente).
