On November 3rd, 2009 the Douglas Unified School District successfully passed a $7.43M general obligation bond election (Bond). The primary purposes for the Bond are to construct a multi-purpose room at Clawson ES, install an artificial turf playing surface at the football stadium, complete various renovations at Stevenson ES and Paul Huber MS, various ADA improvements at Douglas HS, construct a field house at the football stadium, and complete roofing renovations district-wide.
